What is Rockcercise?
Rockcercise is an intense & incredibly enjoyable exercise class, blending traditional exercise forms with the stage performances of the world’s greatest rock and heavy metal legends!
Using dumbbells to increase the intensity of the movements, you will rock out to some great bands while performing air-guitar, drums, and crowd-rousing movements!
Give your lungs a workout too by singing along to your favourite songs!

Who is it suitable for?
Rockcercise is suitable for all levels of fitness, beginner or advanced, and all ages. A taste for rock music may be a bonus, but you will get a great workout regardless!
As a beginner you can go through the classes with bodyweight only, and as you progress add various weights of dumbbell to the mix to step it up a peg or two!
