As well as increasing your training intensity, we will also pay close attention to your eating habits, sleeping patterns, daily stress factors, and overall activity levels, in order to help you make real, long term changes.
Training with SMSFitness is as much about education as it is about challenging you physically. To maintain optimal health you need to do more than just exercise regularly.
You will be given weekly nutritional analysis of food diaries and external training programmes to help you on your way.
Training with a Deadline?
If you are looking for quick results, perhaps for an upcoming wedding, birthday, holiday, or competition, then this could well be the perfect option for you.
If you have a goal in mind, this intense service is for you. Whatever your goal, you can train for it in one of these amazing 6 week or 12 week training bundles. In your consultation we will set your targets, and then we will work towards them together:

What’s the cost
Transformation prices will either be paid up front (6 week transformations), or can be split into 3 x 4 weekly payments (for 12 week transformations)
